Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Orkestra, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your credentials.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Orkestra for illegal activities, spam, or to store content that infringes third-party rights.

4. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create. Orkestra only uses it to operate the service.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

6. Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, your account is anonymised at once: your personal data is erased, and what you did inside an organization is kept with your name only. Server backups rotate on their own, and deleted data leaves all of them within six months at most. The steps, and what is deleted, are on Delete your account.

Export before you leave: if you are the owner of an organization, you can download the whole organization as a ZIP file of Markdown and CSV. Secret columns, such as passwords, are not included.

A person without email, who signs in only with a PIN on a phone, has no way to prove it is them: their account is deleted, with the same effect, by whoever administers people in their organization.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
