What is MCP and how does the AI work?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard created by Anthropic that lets any compatible AI connect with external services. With Orkestra, that means you can create tasks, check progress, change statuses, and more — by talking to your AI assistant in natural language. And it's included from the free plan.
Does the free plan really include AI? What's the catch?
There's no catch. We believe you should fall in love with the tool before paying. The free plan includes access to the MCP server from day one. You'll upgrade when you need advanced organizational features, analytics, automations, or more than 2 members per project.
What happens to my data if I leave the organization?
Your personal account and workspace are yours forever. If you leave an organization, the organizational data stays with the organization (as it should) and your personal projects stay with you.
Is it hard to migrate from another tool?
Not at all. You can import data from Excel or CSV, and if you use an MCP-compatible AI, you can hand it your files and it will set up your organization in minutes — projects, tasks, members, and everything.
Is my data secure?
