Your whole operation. One single orchestra.
Orkestra replaces your five management tools with one — tasks, chat, wiki, hours and data, with an AI that runs your projects for you.
Free during the beta · No credit card · Every feature included
Your team doesn't have a productivity problem. It has a visibility problem.
Today — five tools
— “I don't know what my team is working on.”
— “It was in the chat… or the Drive. Not sure.”
— “The boss left and we lost access to everything.”
— “Nobody knows who changed what.”
— “Another meeting just to find out where we stand.”
With Orkestra — one place
- Total visibility: dashboard, real-time activity, no chasing anyone.
- Autonomous organizations: people come and go, the data stays.
- Every change is recorded: who, what and when. Always.
Every week on fragmented tools means hours hunting for information, repeating questions and untangling mistakes nobody can trace. And the bigger your team gets, the worse it gets.
Everything your team needs. Nothing it doesn't.
Boards, your way
Kanban, list, calendar or timeline. The same project, four views.
A wiki you edit live
Collaborative documents in real time, with version history and comments.
Chat where the work is
Conversations per project, task or area. @Mentions that link to what matters.
Sprints and OKRs
Plan, measure velocity and close with retrospectives. Goals connected to real work.
Hours that become invoices
A timer per task, rates per member and PDF invoices. No exporting to another app.
Your org chart, alive
Areas, hierarchies and permissions that mirror how your organization really works.
Your AI already knows how to use Orkestra.
Orkestra ships an MCP server with ~297 tools. Connect Claude or any compatible AI and manage your projects by talking: from chat, your IDE or the terminal.
Project created. 2 sprints scheduled. 1 task assigned.
~297 MCP tools. An open standard. Included for everyone, at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions
How is it different from Trello, Asana or Monday?
Those tools solve one piece (tasks) and charge per user to unlock the rest. Orkestra brings tasks, chat, wiki, hours, invoices and finances together in a single platform, with a full audit trail and an AI that operates it for you — and while we are in beta, everything is available at no cost.
What is MCP and how do I connect my AI?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is Anthropic’s open standard that lets AIs use external tools. Orkestra exposes an MCP server with ~297 tools: connect Claude (or any compatible AI) with your organization’s URL and you can create tasks, move states or ask for reports in natural language.
How much does it cost?
Orkestra is in beta, and during the beta it is free: every feature, no user limits and no credit card. Paid plans will come later; we will announce them well in advance, and nobody will run into a surprise charge.
How do I migrate from another tool?
With assisted import: Trello, Jira, Linear, Notion, Obsidian and CSV/Excel. The AI walks you through the process and you can review a preview before confirming.
What happens to my data?
Your organization is an autonomous entity: the data and its history belong to the organization, not to anyone’s personal account. Every change is audited (who, what, when) and you can export your information whenever you want.
Your team deserves to see it all.
Free during the beta. No card. Your data is yours, always.
